The Spring Land is a 30-meter/97-feet-long twin-engine liveaboard accommodating 24 guests on kite and/or dive safaris in the Red Sea.

The Spring Land has 12 double airconditioned en-suite cabins, 4 of which are located on the  upper deck and 8 on the lower deck. The Spring Land has 4 decks: a sundeck, upper deck, main deck, and lower deck.

 On the main deck are the spacious salon and dining area, which is equipped with comfortable seating, a TV, and an audio system for entertainment. The dive platform is also on the main deck. There two safety boats called zodiacs carry. They are tasked to transport the kiters to the kite spots and to the yacht.
